Add voice announcements when near waypoints

Note: I'm not an English native speaker, so will do my best to explain my 
idea...

Some cycling tracks don't have gps coordinates of important points, ie where 
road splits, so is it possible to add the option when we start track-following 
mode (well, idk if the app has that feature too), the app should read and a 
list of points manually saved by us but these points are not coordinates-based, 
but distance, and notifies when we reached the current point's distance?

Sample list (P1, P2, P3, P4 are our points of interest):
P1: 0.000km (mark it as Start/don't save it if input is 0.000km)
P2: 1.337km or 1337m from P1
P3: 3.141km or 3141m from P1
P4: 4.257km or 4257m from P1 (don't save it and mark previous point as End if 
input is empty/0.000km)
