Small screen adjustments

I would like to adapt MyTracks for a small screen device. More specifically 
this one:

This specific Android is smaller than the minimum supported in Google Play, but 
the changes should be useful for also for other small screen devices.
I intend to use it as a sports device, so many changes are intended not just to 
fit on small screen but also to simplify using common tasks.

Please let me know if this could be included in mainline MyTracks or if I 
should consider a separate branch.

Infinite Scrolling:
Scrolling left on Map will scroll to Stat
Motivation: Swipe left is a system gesture in the TrueSmart, to go back. 
(Similar to Ubuntu and IOS7 it seems.)
Setting in new category, UI.

Small screen rendering:
One menu setting to control a number of options (could be separated too).
* Hide menu: Back, Google Earth, Share to the menu.
* Hide Headers Map/Chart/Stats (possibly keep the orange line)
* Fullscreen
* Remove zoom from the Map (probably keep Pan)
* Move Start/Stop to a new screen "control"
Setting in new category, UI.

Override use of HW button (likely Back):
 * Short Press for Start/Split
 * Double press for Stop/Reset (not checked if this is reasonable)
 * Long press to toggle normal use (this can conflict with CM long press, that kills active app)
Setting in UI to allow the Override

Note: I would like to have some more small screen and fitness specific 
functions to in MyTracks, but I have not defined those yet.
