Allow specifying root probabilities. #21

One thing that phytools::make.simmap enables is for the user to set the root probability via the pis argument (e.g. see here). Could this be implemented in sfreemap too?

Hi, thank for your ticket. I think it is possible to do it already, I need to check and update the docs accordingly.
