file extensions #1

Suggest changing file extensions to .pml or .mdl We are moving away from naming them yaml.. but for testing purposes till the next release you can leave these on.

sounds good - does clip care about file extensions or only about file structure?

eg is this something that can be changed right now for semantic purposes or will it cause clip to break?

it does not care about file extensions.. as everything is going to be parsed anyway.. but its good to lock it down to .pml to be consistent with Phoenix
