Describe the bug
When navigating through Archive view, the Storm Tracks displayed can be from a different timestamp than what is selected. Live Storm Tracks may be appearing in Archive view as well, it is unclear at this time.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Archive View
Select a Radar Site and Timestamp with Storm Tracks
Select a new timestamp +/- 1 hour several times
Storm Tracks displayed are not consistent with the time selected
Expected behavior
Storm Tracks should be consistent with the time selected

Additional context
This can be worked around using the forward and backward arrows in the timeline view. This will restore the Storm Tracks to the selected timestamp.
