Support for Hail, Mesocyclone and Tornadic Vortex Signature (59, 60/141, 61) #167

Experienced Radar Analysts mainly turn these off inside GR2_A3. Sure, it may give you an idea of what might be a mesocyclone or TVS signature, you can easily import this outside of software features via placefiles. ISMN has a great placefile for this specifically.

Thanks for the info! Not sure how I overlooked this placefile. I might lower the priority of this issue to work on other items sooner. I'd still like to keep this in the roadmap for native support, as well as for archive data.
