The Drupal community is currently working to ensure compatibility with Ckeditor5. So, we inevitably rely on patches, composer aliases, and ticket repositories for upgrading Ckeditor5 ourselves. However, during the upgrade to Drupal 10, we should revisit these changes, removing them if possible.
We need to upgrade the Behat bootstrap functions for compatibility with Ckeditor5 and remove the @skipped tag.
