I had a hard time fiddling out what to do from the build panics.

Here's what is needed:

Copy the shell command from https://rustup.rs/ to install rustup/cargo (currently 1.49) (NOTE: The 1.30 rust from sudo snap install rustup is too old)
Install needed libraries: sudo apt install liblzma-dev libssl-dev libsodium-dev libclang-dev
cargo install rdedup
