What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View ScriptSafe popup window
2. Examine bottom line of controls and attributions

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

presents the text;

Andrew Y. | Quick Start | Overview | Project | FAQs   [Disable] | Options |
ScriptSafe v1.0.6.16 | [X]

This looks like Andrew Y. (author) is the logged-in user and is initially
confusing.  A safer representation would be;

Quick Start | Overview | Project | FAQs [Disable] | Options | ScriptSafe
v1.0.6.16 by Andrew Y. | [X]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v1.0.6.16

Please provide any additional information below.

User names on such extensions and chrome / google pages themselves are too
often the actively logged-in user (particularly for multi-login scenarios such
as gmail, etc). By all means, keep the author name, but highlight it in such a
way as to avoid any confusion between the logged in user and author.
