I've add translate.google.com in the white-list, but it still fail to
translate. Give failed because of server error.

Using XP SP-3 with Chrome ver. 16 and latest version of ScriptNo

What server do I still need to add to fix this issue?

As far as I can tell, you need to allow the relevant domain.
For example, if you're trying to translate "www.example.com", you need to allow
BOTH translate.google.com and www.example.com.

It would be great if, on translation request, the relevant domain could be
temporarily allowed for the purpose of translation.

Adam is right, you need to allow translate.google.com and
translate.googleapis.com AND the domain you want to translate.

I've encountered the same problem, but managed to fix it. Check out question 4
from the FAQ: https://code.google.com/p/scriptno/wiki/FrequentlyAskedQuestions
It suggests to enable "Respect Same-Domain" in the settings.
