Change to Pacman for Package Install and #4

This set of commits switches over the package loading to use the pacman library to check wether a package can be loaded and if it can't go ahead and try to install it.

I've also added a few output and common changed files to the gitignore.

I'm not sure why github seems to think it can't automatically merge these changes, always exciting with git.

Looks like these changes have already been incorporated, so I'll go ahead and close the pull request.
