Show level of each pokemon #16

What help do you need with this? I'm not great with code, but if it is calculating the level, I can help.

Well, every every pokemon has base stats that are publicly available, you have the IVs and you have the cp. Only thing missing is probably the tCpM. Back calculate it and find the closest match from a list of tCpMs. I could write an implementation if you need it.
