Installation instructions for Ubuntu 14.04 incomplete #69

I don't have the time to write a pull request right now so I'll just drop this quick. Installing ruby through apt-get in Ubuntu 14.04 installs an old version that cannot install rails. I followed these instructions to install a newer version, and the rest of the instructions worked fine.

@felixvd I'll recreate the problem on a fresh installation to determine the exactly packages and the process. Do you speak about Ubuntu Server or Ubuntu on desktop?

It's running on a VPS but I think the image is regular Ubuntu 14.04.
