Setting up proxy for Amazon Web Services #87

I have running PoGoBag on my AWS Ubuntu server but since AWS is banned by Niantic it doesn't get any response from the API. Can anyone suggest how to setup proxy? This might be very useful to include into documentation, so that everyone will be able to setup own PoGoBag instance.
