this branch "WindowsInstaller" only updates the Windows installer. No PoGoBag Rail App update will be applied.

Everyone can download the lastested source and compile the installer, or fork & modify & contribute to this branch. I think currently no one else is working on this windows installer, I might be the only maintainer. I have no rights to publish any release on others' repository, so I published compiled release on my forked repository. https://github.com/evilhawk00/PoGoBag/releases

I'll try to make some update if there're some Feature enhancements/requests requests when I have time.
