Follow up tasks for #8:

• [ ] Add template collection operations to list.
• [ ] Add operation: 'Edit all templates" on one page op/controller.
• [ ] Dont reload the form if it was previously loaded, but not submitted.
• [ ] Row title as label for checkboxes.
  • [ ] Highlight row if checkbox is checked.
• [ ] Add AJAX make active/inactive button for each row.
• [ ] Add "form saved" message. Validation failures are already handled.
• [ ] Ensure template edit forms work without AJAX.

• [x] Add token list UI #12
