Rules integration #57

Rules is in active development. Rules UI for Drupal 8 is currently in its infancy.

@dpi I am sure you are following the Rules issue queue but just in case. Here is an article from 2 weeks ago from the D8 rules team that announced their alpha release. http://d8rules.org/news/d8rules-reaches-milestone-2

I'm watching Rules progress. I don't think I will personally look into integration until the Rules API stabilizes or Rules beta is on the horizon. Rules' 8.x-1.x HEAD is checked out on my dev sites so I'm in touch at arms length
