FPGA Design Compilers #4

Here are the two suites that we could use https://www.xilinx.com/products/design-tools/vivado/vivado-webpack.html http://fpgasoftware.intel.com/?edition=lite

Both support some system verilog constructs (I think vivado supports more but supports less boards)

I think the arty s7-50 looks like a really good option. I would rather do xilinx over intel, the price is good, and I think vivaldo could be really helpful. Maybe we all buy one? @ybharatu what do you think?

I think Vivaldo is the best option. I'm going to mess around with it this week to see its capabilities. I've heard good things about it though.
