Come up with interview plan for DG needs at coops [20h] #134

Goal: concrete DG needs at coops. What are engineers worried about? What do they foresee being costly? Then we connect the needs to modeling capabilities.

Probably need:

  1. Good choices of people to interview.
  2. Relevant questions.
  3. Schedule.
  4. Execution.

Ultimately I'm looking for your guidance about the best way to do this.
