CVR static - Historical loads bargraph needs legends #198

The 'Historical loads' bargraph is showing two different types of loads, it needs a legend

Three steps for fix:

  1. Resized the bargraph
  2. Used the legend function to generate legends
  3. Use bbox function to put the legend out of the bargraph
