CVR static - Cumulative savings calculations need to be verified and fixed #201

After fixing the energy savings calculation, the cumulative savings is showing a monotonously decreasing graph with huge losses (negative savings) need to check if these values are correct, if not , then need to be fixed

Since in this particular scenario, the annual operation and maintenance cost (1000$) is more than the estimated annual CVR savings (457$), the model is showing constant loss of money. Plus the capital cost is very high (30,000$), so the graph decreases from a starting value of around -30,000. The model is verified and is correct. There is no bug in this model. Closing this issue.
