GridEdit right side toolbar functions #243

  1. Duplicate function cannot save under current user. image
  2. Delete function does't work. Either doesn't delete feeder, or ownership error(delete function should allow admin delete public feeder, and doesn't allow test users to do so).

NOTE: test for different user types.

Ouch this is a bad bug that I missed. Could you try to fix it and let me know if you need help on this?

Oops, it's my mistake. I moved all the toolbar functions into gridEdit.js, which will break the jinja2 template. Now get them back to gridEdit.html. check 45b385f83d4b3087eb40ac2751a33c365bce99eb
