SUNDA model integration into OMF? #284

SUNDA has 2 spreadsheets. costModel has 250kW, 500kW, 1 MW estimates. financingModel has 4 options, lease, tax-equity flip, etc. financingModel can’t be shared, and will be behind a website as part of SUNDA. costModel outputs will be inputs to financingModel—four or five numbers go across.

David needs to read volume 1 of the financingModel manual. David needs to get costModel documentation in January 2015.
