This is a place for collecting documentation about the cloud transient model, which I heard about from @jcfuller1.

Here's a frame from an animation I put together while working on the Matlab prototype. If you are interested in a full animation (24 hours compressed into 45 seconds), we can find a way to send it over (~40MB). gld cloud patterns
