Re-organize the input parameters page #291

NEED The input pages for the GOSED models are not user friendly

  1. Bold section header names.

MAYBEDO

  1. Re-group the inputs into new sections: Model Information, PV System Information, Form 7 Data Model Information should include: Model Type/Name, Climate, Simulation Length, Length Units, and Simulation Start Date. PV System Information should include all other inputs from solarFinancial and all inputs from solarRates that are not Form 7

QUESTIONS Do you agree with these groupings?

ANSWERED QUESTIONS Why are we looking at this now? To include it in the technical documentation
