Improve cymeToGridlab with more complicated mdb from PEC #298

Note that this is on the GOSEDBONUS milestone, which is where we're keeping lower priority issues.

Works now with the new PEC files.

Seems the new PEC .mdb files are also bad. They only show triplex nodes and transformers on some of the nodes (see screenshot below) and not all of them. It seems they are missi pec_new ng data like the previous .mdbs.

I contacted PEC about this just now. But closed for GOSED purposes.
