solarFinancial inverter efficiency should include transformer losses #323

PVWatts includes transformer losses at its inverter efficiency parameter (link below). This may be something we want to consider in our model to aid accuracy http://rredc.nrel.gov/solar/calculators/pvwatts/version1/change.html

Changed it so that "Inverter Efficiency" is now "Inverter & Transformer Efficiency" to be consistent with pvwatts v1.0. This is consistent with the way the inverter efficiency values were entered for the prototype models, as the inverter efficiency % there was actually the combined inverter + transformer losses taken from PVsyst.
