Add creation date to feeders and display it in home.html #326

This is low priority, but I thought I would point it out:

The dates on my feeders always seem to be recent (the date of the last production update?). This makes it more difficult to find and delete old feeders. Same issue with models.
As I said, low priority, but we should eventually find a way to leave user dates unchanged when doing production updates.
