Solar Financial Model - default tilt #335

The default "Manual Tilt" in the solarFinancial model is specified to two decimal places. There is NEVER a reason to specify a tilt in other than integer values. +/- a half degree has virtually no effect on the calculation. This should be corrected to be integer only and the default should be latitude rounded down to the nearest five degrees.

Fixed rounding issue. Default is tilt=lat.
