GUI enhancements for all models #344

First thoughts:

  1. Make new feeder/model interface easier to get to (no scrolling) and which has less duplicate information. Consider making it like the Google docs convention of a floating plus menu (see pic at bottom).
  2. Get a logo that fits in the upper-left-hand corner.
  3. Update the header bar to a more modern style like bootstrap's for example.
  4. Engage a graphic designer for a new color scheme and layout?
  5. I've been told we need NRECA branding.
