Write a python script for Windows that downloads all the pre-requisites and installs them.

QUESTIONS Our installation process should be git clone https://github.com/dpinney/omf.git; python omf/setup.py install.

To get this to work, setup.py needs to install all the requirements (see current instructions) that pip can't handle.
