It'd also be nice to find a way to display and summarize chromosomal break data. This is because there may be patterns in chromosomal breaks (eg certain sets of chromosomes tend to break together in the same cell) that could be more easily noticed if visualized.
Generate summary stats and plots that summarize chromosome-level aneuploidy within a class. This would be a more fine-grained version of what we have now, which are summaries at the class level.
One exciting feature would be to generate plots for individual cells (karyogram) from the SKY data (see below).
