Can't turn off Debug Enabled #46

Under b018/Miscellaneous Settings. If I try to turn off Debug Enable by unchecking the box next to it and click Save, I get a browser error screen saying that the connection was reset. When I reload the page, the setting is still enabled.

Likewise, if I try to change the IP address for the debug and click Save, I get the same error.

I've tried it in IE and Chrome and had the same issue in both browsers.

@dpitts Doing a factory reset after the upgrade has enabled the ability to turn off this feature so it's working as expected.
