Make sure the sequence is encoded at 20 frames per second and the total max channels of per port are 680 instead of 1024.

I'm trying b021 against an f16v3 using a differential expansion board with 1 remote receiver board.
I put the controller in test mode but the lights attached to the remote receiver are inconsistent, even when I put the board into test mode.
Sometimes the lights won't turn on, sometimes they turn on and then 'stick' almost like they've lost the data signal and other times it works fine.
I've replaced all of the cables but seeing the same results.
