F4v3 - Smart Receiver with 0 pixels on A doesn't work correctly #71

If smart receiver A is set for "0" pixels, nothing is sent out for "A" (see scope) and then smart receiver 2 sees the first "up/down", wait's, and then triggers for "C" and sends out the string data intended for receiver C.
