Superscript and subscript numbers #15

Look identical to numerators and denominators, but are slightly higher and lower respectively. The bottom of subscript numbers should be the bottom of parentheses and square brackets; the middle-ish of superscript numbers at the top of parentheses, as shown in this diagram from Wikipedia:

Can be made using <component /> elements from the num and den characters.

Putting this as After 2.0, but might do it in time for 2.0. We’ll see.

A good place for superscripts seems to be about 140 or 150 units above numerators.
