Double dagger ‡ got clobbered somehow #17

‡ displays as an ff ligature.

Oh. It’s actually like that in the original PostScript fonts. Single guillemets are also clobbered and replaced by other ligatures. We don’t appear to have these characters at all in any of the fonts.

Options are: design our own double dagger and single guillemets; or leave these characters out entirely. I suspect, at least for the guillemets, I will end up making glyphs for them, otherwise we lose language support (#2) …
