UIGC sample project #44

I'd like someone to follow the instructions in README.md/GUIDE.md to install UIGC on their machine and use it in a sample project.

Deliverables:

  1. A PR with suggested fixes / additions to the startup documentation.
  2. An extremely simple Akka Cluster sample project that uses UIGC.
