From Mary: "Thanks for sending the voice over samples. We like the voice in VO2 although the pronunciation still needs a bit of tweaking. The first time she says DPN it sounds like DEE PEN. The last time she says DPN it is much more natural. Perhaps if she says the word “deepen” it will sound right?"

What tool are you using to produce the voice? Would it be possible for DPN to change these files - now and in the future?

At :11 seconds into the V02 version of the video, "DPN" is pronounced correctly as "deepen." The first two pronunciations of "DPN" are exaggerated and should be corrected to be pronounced as it is at :11 seconds into the voice sample.
