Test Case:
When the user selects the option to create a new deposit, the quota is calculated.
o If it is below 80% of the Member Quota, the process continues.
o If the used space is between 80% and 100% of the Member quota, a notification
(#011) is sent to the deposit creator.
Status at time of creation: Space used 23.32 GB out of 24 GB used 97%
