android fixes #6

Appmon crashes for android calls. I think this gets a bunch of them, but still doesnt list any apps

@jacobrosenthal Thanks for the PR. The version you created this PR for was an unintentional commit and since then I have then added couple of patches. Please do a git pull and check if the issue persists.
