Jenkins: Only surface the first X test failures #21

For example, the current state of https://github.com/dotnet/roslyn/pull/6299#issuecomment-151512428

Showing ~1500 test failures isn't very useful.

Choosing x = 10 for now. If users want more/less, I'll add an option.
