Send email button missing. #55

I had a case where the send email button was missing. The console log was:

StashPop: DOMContentLoaded
content.js:22 StashPop: Performing initial setup
content.js:22 StashPop: Remove all StashPop elements and reload data
content.js:22 StashPop: Adding Issue/PR buttons
content.js:22 StashPop: Fixing general Jenkins layout/usability
content.js:22 StashPop: Reloading Jenkins run data
content.js:22 StashPop: Detected page data changed.
content.js:22 StashPop: Remove all StashPop elements and reload data
content.js:22 StashPop: Adding Issue/PR buttons
content.js:22 StashPop: Fixing general Jenkins layout/usability
content.js:22 StashPop: Reloading Jenkins run data

Then I hit refresh, and the button did appear. The log at that point was:
