Add censoring to prevent banning #11

This is a double-edged sword type of issue... on one hand, it's absurdly
easy to ban yourself accidentally (ever left the 'o' out of "account" by
accident?); but the filter is also implemented for a reason, and has been
useful for getting trolls banned in the past.

Ideally, ignore could be implemented mutually and a regex could be put in
place to prevent swearing/banning.
