hello,when i want to use the pipeline ,i didn't find the script to generate the snp file

i have a vcf file ,but i didn't konw how to transform

Hello, There is no script to generate a SNPs input file. You will need to convert all data prior to running the pipeline. Things like easySFS may be able to help with this.
