Fix Dome Drive #29

Dome drive wheel is slipping on the motor shaft. Fix permanently, or replace with geared drive.

Grub screws tightened down, and resting on the flat spot. Still some squeal from the spin.

Tried creating a cog, but not strong enough. Friction drive seems to be working ok, but need to figure out some form of acceleration curve in the code.

Full day at an event, and drive seems fine for now.
