Add high gear option #38

Currently the drive system is limited for safety, but the top speed is set for hard flat surfaces, not for more difficult places such as on carpet.

Code in an option to remove the limiter for different surfaces.

All shoulder + left/right now decrease/increase speed_fac on a range from 0.2 to 1
