I was going to suggest that you save them with Insert Character (Ctrl+Shift+C), but I don't know how you added those characters from Microsoft Word because I tested it and it seems that the Rich Edit control doesn't differentiate between small caps and uppercase.
For example, if I write in Word (uppercase, small caps, lowercase):
And then copy and paste in WordPad (or KeyNote):
Ehm... not for me. I mean, i just test it.
Wrote this in Word
And then pasted it in KN
The text in small caps keeps his size.
Edit: Also, as far I can see, there's no 'x' in Small Capitals in Unicode.
What font are you using? Could you include that example text "s. XVI ..." as a comment, to be able to select and paste?
Not seems so... Pasted directly from Word, Calibri font: XIV XIV xiv
But it works when I paste it in KN
Actualmente me veo copypasteando desde Word cada vez que quiero incluir el número de un siglo (cuya forma correcta no es usar mayúsculas, sino versalitas). Me pregunto si sería sencillo incluir este tipo de fuente entre las opciones de formateo.
