Recommendation - Node Information Panel #704

Whenever a new Node is created, can the current date (creation date) be automatically stamped somewhere on it. The original programmer of Keynote, Marek had this feature on his final version and it was very useful for sorting out information when lots of it accumulates over years. Currently its guess work trying to figure out when information was entered.

I'm going to incorporate it, but first I want to make some other adjustments. What you indicate is already included in issue #171, and I am very aware of its necessity.
