changed file suffix from .m (which threw errors looking for image fil… #8

Changed file suffix from .m (which threw errors looking for image files named *.m.nii) to .nii. Not sure this will work perfectly as it may not find .hdr files. I don't have any .hdr files. But simply removing the .m failed because then it looked for .hdr files

Great, thanks. I will adjust at a later date to account for other file types.
